Can I pick up my order?
If you wish to pick up your order, please advise the collection date in the comments section to ensure your order will be ready.  Pick up location is The Best Little Hair House, 150 Ohauiti Road, Tauranga.  Postage fees will be refunded at the time of collection.

Gift Vouchers
Available in four denominations - $25, $50, $100 and $200.  When applicable, change will be given when redeeming the gift voucher in salon. 

Are the treatments within the packages interchangeable?
Unless stated otherwise, our packages have been carefully thought out to give you the best deal therefore we cannot interchange the treatments within the packages.  

Can I pay for a treatment online?
Yes, you can select the treatment through the shop and leave a message in the comments section.  We will contact you to arrange a suitable day/time.  No postage fees apply to in-salon treatments.

What is your returns policy?
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your package with a clear photo showing the damage. We will contact you to discuss your options. We abide by the Consumers Guarantees Act.

How do you care for and clean Jewellery?
Our jewellery is Rhodium, Silver, Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel or Copper plated. To keep your jewellery items looking their best, clean them with a dry polishing cloth. A natural tarnishing may occur over time. Please do not use jewellery cleaners. Avoid wearing jewellery in water, pools and spas.

Do you store my credit card information and is it safe to share this information on the internet?
We do not save or store any of your personal credit card information. We use the highest standards of encryption software for internet security. If you do not wish to submit your credit card information through our secure site, please email your order with a list of item numbers, descriptions, quantity, and prices. Please include your phone number to arrange payment information.

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?
We do our best to ensure that the items on our site are in stock. If you happen to order an item and it is out of stock we will promptly notify you. You will be given the option of placing the item on back order, or not.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Afterpay, Paypal, Laybuy, Stripe, bank deposit, cash or internet banking.

What is the postage cost?
Standard postage within New Zealand is $4.00 except for large items that are $6.00 or $8.00.
International postage rates on application.
